Embodied Soul Therapies - Services
01.
Individual counselling offers a private, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your inner and outer world. Sessions are tailored to you and may support experiences such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, loss, burnout, or a sense of feeling stuck.
This work is integrative and mindfulness-based, drawing primarily on narrative therapy, CBT, and other evidence-informed approaches. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and stories that may be shaping your experience, while also developing practical tools to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

Where appropriate and always with consent, an embodied perspective may be included through gentle awareness of breath, sensation, and presence, supporting deeper self-connection and grounding. Sessions move at your pace, within a therapeutic relationship that values safety, honesty, and respect.
02.
Effective communication is central to any relationship. I work with couples in all kinds of relationships to slow patterns of conflict, improve understanding, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally and intimately, within a space that feels safe, respectful, and balanced.

This work honours both the individuality of each person and the shared space of the relationship itself. Sessions support honest conversation, deeper listening, and greater awareness of relational patterns, helping you move toward a way of relating that feels more connected, respectful, and aligned for you both.

03.
Embodied Therapy integrates talk-based therapy with body awareness & movement, breathwork, and/or Reiki to support regulation, insight, and reconnection.

Embodied counselling recognises that emotions and life experiences are held in the body as well as the mind. For some clients, gently bringing awareness to physical sensations, movement, breath, or visualisations can support regulation, clarity, and a stronger sense of self-connection.

This approach is subtle, collaborative, and always guided by safety, consent, and what feels most supportive for you. It is not about “doing” or performing, but about noticing and listening inward. Embodied support is offered as a way to deepen awareness and integration alongside talk-based therapy, rather than replacing it.

Session times range from 75 minutes to 90 minutes and are also offered after hours for those of you who are time poor.
04.
From time to time, I will offer small, therapeutic group sessions and workshops. These may include trauma-informed groups, reflective and narrative-based workshops, and other thoughtfully facilitated spaces designed to support connection, insight, and shared understanding.

These workshops provide a supportive, reflective space to explore shared themes such as identity, life transitions, stress, self-understanding, and personal growth.

Workshops are structured yet spacious, combining guided reflection, gentle embodied practices, and creative or written exploration. Group work is designed to foster insight, connection, and self-awareness, while respecting individual boundaries and comfort levels.

No prior experience with counselling, yoga, or creative writing is required.

Group sessions will be offered periodically and announced as they become available.
05.
Reiki is offered as a stand-alone service for those who prefer a quieter, non-verbal form of support. Sessions provide a calm, restorative space to rest, regulate, and reconnect, supporting balance within the nervous system and a sense of overall wellbeing.

Reiki sessions are gentle and client-led, with no expectation to talk or process emotionally unless you choose to. This work can be especially supportive during times of stress, emotional fatigue, or when words feel difficult or unnecessary.

Reiki is not a substitute for counselling or medical care, but may be experienced as a complementary practice that supports relaxation, grounding, and self-connection.
06.
Yoga and meditation are offered as separate stand-alone services for individuals or small groups who prefer a body-based, reflective approach with minimal or no verbal processing.
Sessions are tailored to support grounding, presence, strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation, guiding you to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.

These sessions are gentle, mindful, and non-performance-based. Trauma-informed movement helps you listen to and honour your body, while meditation supports mental clarity, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of balance.
No prior experience is required, each session is designed to meet you where you are.
